SecurePutCalls is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your personal information. This privacy policy describes the data we collect when you use our options trading platform, how we use that data to provide and improve our services, with whom we share it, and the controls you have over your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. When you connect a brokerage account, we receive your account positions and balance data through the broker's official OAuth API; your brokerage credentials are never shared with or stored by SecurePutCalls. We also collect usage data including which features you use, how frequently you use them, and error logs to help us improve platform reliability and identify bugs.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the SecurePutCalls service, personalize your experience, send account-related communications and trading alerts you have subscribed to, and analyze platform usage in aggregate to guide product development. We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus ninety days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, and access is restricted to authorized staff who require it to provide the service.
